dice up your onion and garlic then set aside. next, chop up your skinny links real nicely and set aside with garlic and onion. combine your egg mixture and set aside with other ingredients. add your pan mixture of butter and oil to a sauce pan on medium heat until butter is melted. then add in your onion and garlic and stir around until fully coated and slightly softened but not brown. add in your egg mixture. then sprinkle your chopped links over the egg mix, and piece apart your slice of cheese and sprinkle that in too. then, combine it all by scrambling it up, and once fully cooked, turn off, and set on back burner. then add your can of beans to a small sauce pan mix a bit then add in your water. stir the beans gently, until water is fully combined in beans and they become a bit thinner. once beans are boiling hot shut off burner. get out your tostada shells and coat them with the beans. then add your egg mixture on top of the beans, sprinkle with favorite shredded cheese and extra hot sauce and enjoy! :)
