preheat the oven to 300 place ribs on a baking sheet wrapped with aluminum foil. add water to the baking sheet. just enough to cover the surface add your spices and onions to your ribs. i put some onions in the water as well to help bake in the flavour loosely wrap the sheet and pop it in the oven (middle rack) for 1 hour. take them out of the oven. flip them and repeat step 3. i like to add minced garlic to one side (do that here) place back in the oven loosely wrapped with aluminum foil for 1 hour. shut up and eat already!
