preheat oven to 350. cook pasta according to package directions. drain and rinse in cool water. meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. spray 8x8" pan with nonstick cooking spray. ladle about 1/2 cup sauce into bottom of pan. in medium bowl, stir together cheese filling ingredients. spoon some into each shell and place in prepared pan. spoon remaining sauce over filled pasta. top with mozzarella cheese and bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
