Combine all ingredients and mix with a mixer. Mix until well-blended. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop out enough cookie balls to fill the cookie sheet, leaving about 2" between each scoop. Place in the oven at 350F and cook for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for about 5 minutes. Remove with a spatula and set on a cooling rack to cool. For best results, eat while the chocolate chips are still warm. Yum!
