Wash and remove seeds and stem from the peppers and slice into strips. Slice the onion as well. 2. Cook the onion and peppers over low heat in a non-stick frying pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Cook for 10 minutes. 3. Place the onion and peppers into a baking dish thats large enough for the salmon as well. 4. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 degrees C). 5. Place the salmon fillets into the baking dish and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. 6. Bake for 15-18 minutes. 7. Serve and enjoy your baked salmon fillet recipe!
