Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove giblets and necks from hens; rinse and drain hens. Cook giblet with hens and use in stuffing. Cook hens breast side up in roasting pan. Roast hens brushing occasionally with melted butter for 35 min. 2. Meanwhile for stuffing minced celery, apple and rice together. Stuff hens. Put rest of stuffing around hens and cook 20 min more till hens are lightly brown. Glaze: Put 1 can undiluted apple juice in a pan add in 2 Tbsp. cornstarch and bring to a boil or possibly till juice is slightly thicken.
