Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. Blanch kale in salted, boiling water for 4-5 min then drain and finely chop. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add bacon and fry for 2-3 mins. Add onion and saute for 4-5 mins, until soft and golden. Add kale, cloves and allspice and season. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and 1-2 tsp salt. Add oil and sour cream then eggs and pine nuts. Fold in kale mixture then feta. Divide between muffin liners and bake for 20-25 mins until golden and springy to the touch. Enjoy hot or cold.
