Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the peanut butter in the microwave. Dip each pretzel rod in the peanut butter, leaving enough room at the end to hold on to. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the peanut butter to harden. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Dip each pretzel in the chocolate to completely cover the peanut butter. Decorate with sprinkles, crushed peanuts or white chocolate drizzle. Allow to cool and harden. Keep refrigerated until serving.
