Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with waxed paper; spray with Pam. Mix the first 5 ingredients; pour into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the dry cake mix, chopped walnuts and melted margarine on top of the pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes. Remove from oven. Wait 10 minutes and turn out onto a serving plate. Remove waxed paper.
