Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Mix together cake mix, box of pudding, water, oil and eggs. Beat on high speed for 10 minutes. Pour into greased and floured deep bundt pan. In small bowl mix together cocoa powder, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture on top (which will eventually be the bottom) of cake and fold in/swirl with knife. Bake for 53 minutes. Allow to cool in pan then turn it upside down on a cake plate. Wonderful as is, but you could drizzle a chocolate glaze on top.
